What Do You Eat On A Typical Day With Diet To Go?

Wondering what kind of meals you’ll eat on a typical day?
First of all, since Diet To Go gives you the option for get 3 meals or 2, I’m going to assume that you’re getting all 3 meals for the sample menu below.
(If however you only get lunches and dinners, you’ll have to add in your own low-calorie breakfast).
Also since Diet To Go has 3 different plans, you’ll find 2 sample days for each plan below – just to give you an idea of what you’ll eat on each different plan.
Keep in mind that Diet To Go lets you customize your menu – so if you don’t like some of the meals listed here you are NOT stuck with them – you can substitute them for something else.
Also you can also change plans (i.e. from Balance to Carb 30, from Carb 30 to Vegetarian, etc.) at any time for no extra charge.

So those are what some typical days might look like on the Diet To Go Delivery plan
They also include extras like fruit and yogurt with your meals – however it comes down to which meals you’re getting and which plan you’ve ordered.
Also keep in mind that Diet To Go has a 5 week rotating menu – meaning the menu changes every week for 5 weeks straight.
It then reverts back to week 1 and starts all over again. So you get a lot of variety with this plan – you’ll never eat the same meal in a week!
