So why a blog about diet food delivery plans?
Well, quite frankly, it’s because I love the concept. I got very interested in it 5 years ago after I got fed up with all of these diets where I had to make the meals myself.
I would find myself spending hours driving around to specialty grocery stores, looking for ingredients I’d never heard of.
Then I’d go home and spend a few more hours trying to make complicated meals in the kitchen – which would last me from 1 to 2 days at most. Then the cycle began again.
Who wants to lose weight like that?
I don’t have the time – and I doubt you do either!
I’d much rather have a service make special low calorie, delicious healthy meals for me so I can eat them, lose weight and get on with doing the things I love in my life.

So while I loved the concept of diet food delivery, the only problem I found was that information about plans was scattered and random at best.
I ended up flipping back and forth to different websites, trying to compare meals, prices, plans and more – it took forever!
That’s why I started this blog. To help other people easily and quickly review their options (and maybe find out about new ones!) when it comes to diet meal delivery.
