To start, you’ll be eating around 6 times a day on this diet, every 2 – 3 hours.

The actual meals you’ll be eating depend on the plans you choose

The Gold plan gives you snacks included while the Platinum plan gives you both snacks and shakes. However with each plan you will have to add in a few basic snacks yourself (you’ll see suggestions below in the Sample Menus).
